Updates


  • Player Owned Town and Player Run Town performance adjustments were made.

  • Khary is now easier to find in Harvest, and has resumed his job as a ferryman after a brief detour into fishing.

  • Fixed an issue where shadows were not being attenuated when using Stealth.

  • Performance adjustments were made to various lights.

  • Bookshelves that were shifted have now shifted back.

  • The persistent VFX for Air's Embrace has been toned down so that it gently pulses.

  • Correction made to the wizard bookshelf size.

  • Fixed stuck spots, various collision problems, and the wooden walkway in Elysium Mines.

  • Reduced the weapon damage bonus on Gauntlets of Courage.

  • Fixed various decorations that accidentally had their rotations changed.

  • Reconfigured the office coffee machine.

  • Fixed a Festering Poison Potion name discrepancy between the recipe and its crafted item

  • Reduced the combat radius of skeleton fighters in some areas of Elysium Mines.

  • Restored Shift+Drag controls to adjust merchant item quantity.

  • Fixed a problem where the black and gold rug sorted poorly with the floor.

  • Puncture will now hit up to two targets.

  • Fixed creatures freezing before returning to their spawn point.


Known Issues

  • Possible for health values on nameplate to appear broken after using buffs Enlightenment and Strength of Earth

  • Elysium Mines - May be unable to attack when standing in pools of water.

  • Cabalists debuffs affect themselves instead of players

  • POT Owners/Stewards are no longer able to place Wax Cylinders inside Broadcast Automated Phonographs

  • Quest NPCs will not accept inexact stacks of quest items. Items must be exact quantity requested at time of turn-in to be recognized as valid.

  • Party/Companion nameplates can be visually obscured if enough buffs are added for icons to wrap to three rows.

  • Visual quest indicators may be missing from compass. Adding the data to support them is an ongoing design process.

  • Time-of-day compass indicators may not correctly match the sky's visuals.

  • Some extreme resolution options are not possible due to an inability to scroll the video resolution list.

  • Dazzling Rays, and other caster-based AOE spells, have difficulty hitting nearby enemies in confined spaces (like narrow hallways)

  • Death Shield does not mitigate damage from critical hits

  • Overworld map terrain may appear missing or flattened in areas for Windows 10 users. Playing in Windows 8 compatibility mode may fix this.

  • Ring of Cuttlekin turns avatar skin grey instead of translucent.

  • Pets cannot follow players onto moving platforms.

  • Hitching may occur when using UI windows like “Options” or “DeckBuilder”

  • Phonograph audio cannot be heard if approached while it is already playing.

  • If an item’s name is in Runic, its flag as “Private Property” will also appear in Runic.

  • Players with Tenant permissions on a Lot cannot place their own Player Vendors.

  • When a client first logs in as a trial visitor then relogs as a full account, many Trial permissions will still be present (inability to trade) until the client is restarted.

  • When a party member dies while targeted, the target focus is reset.

  • It is currently difficult to find harvest resources in scenes with the Surveying skill. This will be revisited after a VFX review of this system.

  • Deleting a character will reset the local settings for the entire client. Other accounts, or offline/online characters will also have their settings reset.

  • Some decorations placed in basements may shift through walls and end up in inaccessible locations.

  • Some scene instances may be bugged in which it is easy for players to fall through the ground. An existing workaround is to reload the scene.

  • Players may be unable to interact with objects via double-click if their framerate is poor. A workaround is to use the “E” interaction key.

  • Some spell VFX do not play properly

  • Some textures may look incorrect due to optimizations (white, black, pink, low resolution, pixelated, etc.)

  • Water lots in Dynamic Player Owned Towns can currently only be placed along shorelines, not on docks

  • Some pledge, add on, and stretch goal items have not yet been built and/or do not yet have tech support.

  • Fixed ambushed creatures and zombie eating corpses not being interrupted when players attack.

  • Interior building props in Central Brittany and Aerie no longer disappear when moving the camera.

  • Fixed a bug that caused NPC quest visuals to be shown when they should not be.

  • Adjusted base map resolution and base map distance in Nightshade Pass to improve terrain texture quality.

  • The Vengeful Bogman in East Longfall Wetland will no longer drop a key as loot.

  • Fixed visual quality and performance of Duke and Lord of the Manor islands.

  • The Obsidian Equipment Wagon now has anti-theft protection on its belongings.

  • A stuck-spot near the Obsidian Equipment Wagon has been corrected.

  • The Virtue Ice Bow had its VFX restored.

  • Fixed incorrect icon settings for virtue ice weapons.

  • Refined timing for pickaxe hit during mining and adjusted volume and pitch settings.

  • Creature Heal spells now have a chance of failure.

  • The bounty masters in Courage Glove quest now properly give their actual names when asked.

  • Fixed an issue where most of the spell effects for Spellbindner Stance were missing.

  • Fixed Cabalist Artifact weapons not creating an essence on masterworking/enchanting breaks.

  • The town crier in Jaanaford will now accept undelivered packages without error.

  • Performance work on Estgard, and Aerie

  • Ice weapons now have virtue symbols.

  • Set the default state of Three-Stemmed Candle to on.

  • Fixed audio loop points on old fire SFX.

  • Terrain optimization and beautification pass for all player owned towns.

  • Fixed some control points not having endless spawning.


Known Issues
