Balanced Research Costs
- Decreased cost for 'Base Camp' from 3 to 2 points
- Decreased cost for 'Debt Monetization' from 6 to 5 points
- Decreased cost for 'Base Camp II' from 8 to 6 points
- Increased cost for 'Shooting Practice' from 6 to 7 points
- Increased cost for 'Drone Support' from 10 to 12 points
Increased cost for Jets from 5 Steel to 8 Steel.

Improvements

Improved Attack Evaluation for NPC (smarter attacks)
NPC to launch Multi-Invasions
NPC to consider Region & Science bonuses when deploying (Improved country value evaluation)
Added a probability based "aggressiveness" to NPC Personalities which influence attack decisions
NPC to prioritize unit deployment in continents with majority ownership (Region focus)
NPC to avoid having single Tanks or Jets in country after deployment
NPC to change Unit Purchase Strategy depending on available Resources & Market Prices
NPC to not deploy units into undefended countries without hostile neighbours

Bugfixes

Fixed bug where a Multiplayer Rejoin into a running game failed
