- Remove Movement Cost - Movement and Attacks do not cost anything anymore.
- Oil to build units - 1 Oil is now required for any unit to build
- 4 Game Phases - Removing the cost attached to troop movement allowed for splitting up the turn phases into 4 distinct phases (vs. 3 before). and re-ordering them. The turn phases are now: "Deploy -> Attack -> Battle -> Build" This allows for a much cleaner, faster and less complex game without losing any of the game's depth
- The full Border Clash Wiki is now also integrated in interactive Help Pages within the game, access via (?)-Icon on top of the screen
- First turn deploy phase now has 3x the time so players can check out the map and think about strategy at the start of the game
- Change Timer Settings in Game Creation to "Time per Phase"
