Greetings. I first want to say thank you to everyone who's taken time to leave a review on the gamethere's been a nice increase in the past month. I appreciate it. Patches like these come from feedback, both positive and negative. Let's get into the notes.
Global Photo Album
Your laptop's photo album is now non-save dependent. It is now possible to collect all laptop images in the game. This is also nice for people who use the Major Decision/Day Loader UI from the Main Menu. Playing a laptop session from there will now feel more normal, as your photo album won't be empty.
Nameable Saves & Delete Save UI
You can now name your save files. Helpful for Major Decision arcs or just trying to remember what you did within a save file. Personally, I don't like the extra step it takes to save a file under this new system, so I added a way to turn off naming your saves in the Preferences section.

Also added a little trash icon to delete your saves. You could've always just hit the delete key while hovering over a save, but a UI button is nice.

Day 1 Intro Images Rework
Slowly going through some of the rougher scenes from the first few days. Hard to balance this with making actual new content, but I do want the game to look better, particularly in the intro.

Sliding Puzzle Numbers Guide
Added the ability to see a numbers overlay for the Paige Sliding Puzzle minigame.

This makes solving sliding puzzles much easier, as the 'confusing' aspect of knowing where each piece of an image goes is fixed by looking at the number associated with it. Added a one-time per-save in-game tutorial that explains this better.
Laptop UI improvements
Added dozens of minor changes to the Laptop UI, most of which aren't noticeable.

Examples: Gigi's name in this image has a new font, the question of the day has a new font. Scrollbars added to profile page chats, text is more uniformly aligned in various places, buttons have a hover and click sound effect, the quick menu UI now works correctly when using the Major Decision/Day Loader UI from the Main Menu, you can now hit ESC to leave most custom UI (rather than clicking the X button), etc. Tons of small bug fixes, like Camila's Day 11 group chat challenge.
Future Planned Patches
Nipples fixes for past content with certain girls are still planned (Ishani, Alina, Skylar, etc.), it's just hard to find the time. Escape room improvements. I want to make it easier for everyone. Profile Page Biography section overhaulno one reads this anyway. I want to make it more interesting. So, I've been back and forth about adding some kind of Light Reading Mode to Stranded in Space. One of the top complaints for the game is how much writing there is. While working on this patch, I went through Days 1-5 and tested this mode out, reducing dialogue where I could in places where it made sense. Sadly, I just didn't like the result. I've decided to put this idea on the backburner for now. I'm not giving up on it entirely, and I know it will cost me some negative reviews, but I can only make something that I personally enjoy, and though I'm obviously biased, I like the writing in the game. And that's it for now! Thanks for playing Stranded in Space. A Day 20 preview will be my next post. P.S. More of you need to playthrough the Profile Page section of the laptop! It's good stuff!

Hello there. Day 19 Complete is out on Steam. A ton of scenes have been added. The second half of Day 19 is roughly twice the size of the first half. There are 4 unique scenes from previously made Major Decisions. 1 new Major Decision to make. It's a big one! 2 new Elysium scenes; I quite like them. 1 new achievement has been added. Beyond that, I've done a post-work pass over of the initial release laptop images. All in all, about 50 images have been enhanced. The Major Decision/Day Loader has had a few minor issues fixed with it, as well. This update has some big moments, so please try to resist spoiling anything here in the comments or on the Discussion Board!

Hello. I hope everyone is doing well.
I'm currently working on the final few scenes for the last half of Day 19. It's coming along nicely.
As with most days at this point in the game, there are multiple scenes based off previously made Major Decisions. There is a new Major Decision to make in the update, as well.
In total, there are about 20 scenes in this update, making it the highest scene count of any release thus far.
My estimation for release here on Steam is at the end of October/early days of November.

Hello. Day 19.5 has arrived on Steam! 16 scenes in total have been added. +1 extra life added to the Match Card minigame. This makes it a lot easier in practice. Writing/Image improvements in previous days. Basically, just more of everything. It's a content release! I hope you enjoy!

Hello.
I'm just here to announce the release of the first half of Day 19, which will be out on May 23rd.
16 scenes in total have been added.
Minor Writing/Image improvements in most previous days.
+1 extra life added to the Match Card minigame. This makes it a lot easier in practice.
Some of you may follow the game on Patreon, but for those that don't, below is a preview of the reworked Marissa. I'm not sure yet if I'll go through and change all of her previous scenes, but this is how she'll look going forward.
And that's basically it. I hope you're looking forward to the release here on Steam as much as I am!

Hey there! I've teamed up with Ker, the developer of Going Rogue, to create an awesome bundle. Now you can get both of our games for less than $20 (This offer is for the US market; prices may vary in other regions.) If you're a fan of story-driven games, don't miss out!
You're already familiar with my game, but here's a description of Going Rogue, the other game in the bundle.
Going Rogue is a Visual Novel style game focused on storytelling, realistic characters, a branching story with lots of choices, and of course, an excellent visual quality.
The game plot
The protagonist graduates from the police academy and, under the pressure of circumstances, is forced to agree to work undercover to infiltrate one of the gangs. You will have to make difficult decisions, which will determine the development of the plot and the lives of other characters. Kill an unarmed drug dealer to prove your reliability to the mafia? Leak information to the police at the risk of exposing yourself? Disappear from your ex-partner's life, or let her know you're okay?
And so you can relax between making tough decisions, there are three main romantic options in the game.
Zoe, your ex-partner.
You were just starting to get a connection when you had to go undercover. Of course, you couldn't tell her, and now she thinks you just disappeared. Will you meet again, and what will she think of you when she finds out you're in a gang now?
Miranda, the head of the organized crime unit and your boss.
She's beautiful, but the job comes first in her life. Will she always see you as a subordinate, or will there be more than that between you?
Grace, a woman with a brutal fate, is entangled in the web of the mafia.
Can you save her or is it too late?
What will be the answers to these questions? It's up to you.

Hello there.
First, I just wanted to say thank you to those that have taken the time to review Stranded in Space. I sincerely appreciate it.
Below are the patch notes for 1.86. Information on the release of Day 19 is at the bottom.
Stranded in Space 1.86 Patch Notes
- Paige Recap Overhaul
Starting on Day 2, when you get to the end of a day and have your Paige recap session, it will be menu-based and, for the most part, entirely optional and skippable. For story purposes, there are sections and conversations with Paige that this doesn't apply to, but overall, this change is fairly substantial. - Paige Battle Minigame Overhaul
As I know it's most players' least favorite minigame, a few changes have been made to the Paige Battle minigame, all in the name of making it easier. The MC's HP has increased from 8 to 12. It takes a few seconds longer for the bubbles to travel from Paige's side to the MC's side (more time to read and choose answers.) An Enlightenment Button has been added. Once per battle, bubbles that correlate with the day you have selected will be highlighted. This allows for instant, correct answers. Enlightenment lasts for 20 seconds. This information has been added to the "How to Play" section of the minigame. - Early Days Image Reworks
I've begun redoing some of the early game images to bring them up to the quality that a lot of the later-day images have. Multiple meetings for Day 1 have been redone in this patch.
As Stranded in Space has over 13,000 images, this process is very time-consuming. For a lot of the images that haven't been redone yet, I've still improved them in PS as a temporary fix. With this patch, hundreds of images have been touched up in this way, and I plan to full-on redo more early-day images in between each content release.
Day 19 News
The images are previews of Day 19.

I expect to release the first half of Day 19 sometime in April. This isn't a guarantee, but I'm confident. Why only the first half of Day 19? Well, Day 19 will be the biggest in-game day yet. The first half alone is about the size of Day 17. Beyond that and working on the patch above, I'm also working out a design that allows for a bit more player choice, particularly in the early days.

I can't say how or when this will make its way to the game, but one day...

One day! Anyway, that about covers everything. Thanks for playing the game! Day 19 is close!

25 Achievements have been added to the game. 12 are received just for completing the game up to its current content (Day 18). 13 are either laptop or Escape Room related. If eligible, just loading into the game should grant you most of these achievements, though you might also need to load into (or log out of) the laptop with your most recent save. If you're new to the game, just playing through the content will unlock it as you would expect. If there are bugs, I will fix them! Patch Notes Main Menu should be more performant. Day Loader/Major Choices Menu text fixes. No more blank names! Umiko Photo Hunts should fully work now. General typos. Other odds and endsnothing too extreme!
