An update on the development of Sable's Grimoire 2 has just been posted on the Zetsubou Games website.

It details where the different aspects of the game (artwork, writing, etc.) are up to, and what is expected to be completed over the next few months.
There is no updated ETA at this point in time, though I plan on posting another progress update in a few months time, at which point a rough ETA should be possible to provide.

Sable's Grimoire 2 is a fantasy visual novel which takes place in a magic academy setting.
Sable is back as his second year at Amadronia Magic Academy begins at last. As a direct sequel to the first game in the series, Sable's Grimoire 2 features a returning cast of dozens, and several unfamiliar faces as a new grade full of students enter the academy.
Join Sable once again as he continues his research into magic alongside his demi-human friends. Your choices will determine whether his days are spent focused on his studies, advancing his career, or getting closer to the demi-human students and teachers of Amadronia Magic Academy.
