Watched a great stream of Spaceport Trading Company and found a fair number of bugs, both minor and larger. This is a massive bug addressing update, but it also has seen some great improvements to tooltips and we have a fair number of QoL items for the next large update that required this work to come before. Thank you for all of the feedback, testing, and bug reports. Updates

Added Experience bar, this is a limit design version at present
Added a lot of tooltips, thought we had covered most of them
Improved Cargo Tooltip View - Gadgets now show their effects, if they're known - Adjusted the Cancel button to always be available

Demrock - Electronomere: Technology level now 8 (was 10 before)

Addressed missing intro text for services at locations
Addressed an exploit with the starting ship
Addressed missing tooltips for Trait Selection
Addressed an issue with all non Career Mode Location Info Panel Dock button
Addressed a spacing issue when gadgets had long description text
Addressed found and addressed the "Double Undock" requirement issue for some captains
Addressed an edge case crash with Cargo Tooltip View Cancel action
Addressed an edge case where the Undock button would not be visible
