This feature has been a long time coming and required the new mission system to be functioning to utilize, the Mission Abandonment Penalty. Currently, the penalty is a fixed a lot of reputation, but we will be monitoring Captain feedback and input to determine if it needs to be adjusted or set to a percentage based system.
