DLC News!
Previously when trying to unlock DLCs, you could by either buying planets from the marketplace, or waiting for drops, but now I am adding another option and that is straight from the steam store! So... I am planning to release the following DLCs on steam:
Now these DLCs are the campaigns that already exist in the game, however buying these will immediately unlock them without the need to complete something or to own a planet (or set of planets) in your steam inventory. Even a download is not required, so all DLCs just get unlocked! A campaign would be unlocked with a purchase as an additional option. For each DLC bought, users would get a gift based on a purchase (much like if you bought TCC or soundtracks), similar to the Donation Gift, but may be better depending on which DLC is bought. There would be a bundle called 'Asteroids ++ | Super Edition' (working on the name) which includes all DLCs at a 25% discount (so currently at 11.99e), and this bundle will include all current and future DLCs! And finally, all of the DLCs will receive discounts from time to time, unlike planets, there will be rotating discounts each month so be on the lookout! These discounts affect the bundle pricing as well.
If you already have the campaigns unlocked, they will stay unlocked and everything is free if you own planets! I am not removing access to anybody and never will, forever! After all it is your choice if you want to buy these DLCs! (and I would appreciate it because it really does help me a ton!) And you can still unlock them for free [strike](because time is money) [/strike] Expect these additions somewhere in February! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Have fun!
Thank you so much for over 100 reviews! It means a world to me that I can prove that this is the best Asteroids game yet! Totally not a biased claim. But you guys are awesome! While I know there are features/bugs that need to be addressed, you guys seem to really enjoy the game and I am very happy about it! Keep going with your love and support!

- Asteroids ++ | Proxima Centauri (3.99e)
- Asteroids ++ | The Sun (0.99e)

Asteroids ++ is the best Asteroids clone you will ever play in your life.
The Year is 2450.
Humanity has expanded their technology and improved in Rocketry. There was nothing out of the ordinary until disaster struck!A moon one light year away exploded and has spread asteroids all over our solar system, this is where YOU come in!
You play as one of the captains who will control one of the spaceships! Go from planet to planet and get rid of the Asteroids!
When starting the game, you randomly generate sectors in planets based on set seed.
Inside the shop, expect to buy and customize parts for your spaceship. There are 36 weapons, 24 abilities and 12 unique abilities, which give over one million possible combinations for your loadout.
Each weapon is unique.
- Shoot homing rockets that lock onto the biggest Asteroids, or have recruitments collect money instead of you doing it!
- Stop time with the Timestop ability or DROP DOWN A F______ NUKE
- Upgrade your speed upgrade for the spaceship so you can be so fast that your spaceship pierces through Asteroids!
In the game you'll face different types of enemies.
- Yellow Asteroids split up into more smaller ones than usual
- UFOs mimic the player's weapons and will try to use them against you.
- A Snake is a long row of Asteroids rolling up to the player!
There's simply so much things happening at once!
Endless Run is a gamemode in the game that acts like a Roguelike version of the game!
Beat a sector, then choose between 3 powerups, which can be a permanent upgrade, a new weapon, or something that buffs you but nerfs your character at the same time.
Compete in an online leaderboard and try to survive as long as possible as the upcoming waves get harder and harder to conquer!
There's so much replay value!
