Hey guys!
We have 2 important news regarding the playtest! Firstly, the build has just been updated. The game has had a couple of performance fixes and small adjustments to the gameplay. The biggest things can be broken into two categories:
- The first one is an option for making your own keybindings on a keyboard; weve received a lot of feedback on how players wanted to adapt the controls to their liking, so it was one of the biggest things that needed to be done; remapping the bindings on controllers is possible as well, but it would need to be done via the Steam Input system.
- Plenty of Linux-oriented stuff has been added to the respective build of the game; this means that the game should run on more distros, including the older ones.

From the first moment you run Kiyo, you will be dragged into its unconventional world, that bears an eerie resemblance to our own. Prepare to be surprised by a bunch of wacky characters (three playable), unexpected scenes and ultra-detailed handcrafted locations. Explore Rabbithole City's neighborhoods on foot and by metro, dive into tricky levels and get carried away by the amazing soundtrack.
The game is story-based, full of satyrical humor, pole-dancing animals in dubious clubs and surprising dialogues.
It's built from the ground up, starting from a brand new 2D pixel art engine featuring 3D lighting and raytraced shadows, in order to offer a unique experience that will blow your mind.
Developed by an old-style indie team of two pixel rats.
