Crow fans, we're excited to share we now have T-SHIRTS !!!
Ca-Caw! Just pushed a brand new update to version 1.0.21!
Something you might want to check out is a new Gameplay Setting called "Wall Bounce"
This lets you disable bouncing off of walls and making the squeaky sound. Personally, I love the way it works by default, but thought it might make flying around easier for some folks based on the feedback we got. Here's what it looks like side by side On and Off:
Let us know what you think.
Here's the full changelog since last patch notes:

Last weekend, we were selected to be part of the PAX Rising showcase during PAX West 2024! It was a loooong 4 days of exhibiting and talking about the game, but it was SO GREAT introducing it to new players, and saying Hi to some of our existing fans :D
It wasn't without some challenges - we actually started running out of flyers (what a good problem to have!) and kept running to the print shop to get more! We also had several people ask for a QR code to scan, so we added that second day, only to realize there's basically NO reception there (since too many people) and the code wasn't working T_T
Bah!
We also learned this time to bring our most invaluable ally.... THE CHAIR (srsly, standing nonstop for 4 days in a row takes a toll)
Aside from our own booth, we had some time to walk around and check out some other cool things like the Wholesome Games, Polish Booth, or the Marble Racing Charity fundraiser, and wrap it all up with the annual post-PAX indie train party!
For those who had a chance to stop by - THANK YOU so much for saying hi!
For those who couldn't make it - hope you enjoy this look at our exhibitor experience, and maybe we'll see you at the next one ;)

P.S. Our favorite "ha-ha!" bit was when we realized the game on the OTHER side of our booth was Fowl Damage, a platforming game about being an... egg. So what came first? The Birb or the Egg??

We're listing to all the feedback and updating the game as we speak! Here's a list of changes in latest patch: Features
Hi Everyone!
This is Jakub, the team lead! Hope you are enjoying "Just Crow Things", we put over two years of effort into it by now. I have been going through some review and forums posts, and really enjoying reading everyone's impressions, good or bad
We already made a few updates to the game based on the feedback we got, and squashed a few bugs that might soft-lock you from completing some quests. Thank you to everyone reporting on our Forums and Discord!
We're a small team who is entirely self-funded and self-published, so unfortunately some things just slipped through our cracks (despite a few testing rounds). So we're still keeping eye on things, and taking ALL your feedback into consideration!
Thank you for playing, thank you for leaving us Steam reviews, as well as sharing and tweeting your cute birbs at us!
Ca-Caw!!!

That's right. We pressed the button.

Lastly, we have a BRAND NEW GAMEPLAY TRAILER to celebrate the occasion!! Check it out:

Last Sunday, we had the opportunity to participate in the Seattle Indies Expo during PAX, a local event showcasing 25 games from Pacific Northwest region. It was our first opportunity to show "Just Crow Things" in person!
It was a one day event going from 12pm to 9pm. We had two stations side by side that were almost always full! The demo was about 10 minutes long, and gave us lots of feedback and impression about the early build:
[previewyoutube=1-4yhSk3vu8;full][/previewyoutube]
We're really happy with how things went! We saw a lot of smiles and laughs, and a few people commented how fun and polished the early demo felt (all the while I watched in horror thinking "oh no this is SO broken and janky!" haha )
If you're reading this and attended the show - THANK YOU so much for stopping by and trying the game out :D
As an aside, we were actually showing ANOTHER game during the main PAX event. It was the first time ever in our studio history that we showed two different games, at two different shows, happening at the same time! Managing that was..... pretty hectic xD
We also got a chance to attend some fun after parties and schmooze with Pikachu (yes you should be jelly)
Anyway, we still got lots of work to do and plenty of new feedback and ideas from the show. So it's back to our desks for now - stay tuned for more exciting updates!
Cheers,
Jakub
