stacks: fixed a bug where removing a stack did not count combo score
stacks: decreased stack reduce score
stacks: clear now only reduces 1 stack, but combos reduce multiple
adjusted some map effects
grind visual effect (can be disabled in options)
highly improved rubberbanding (reduces chance of unlucky runs)
slightly decreased combo delay
menu: moved back button to left corner
menu: missing soundfx added
