Ruler's Trade - Update v0.3.2

Hey there rulers, and welcome to the first of many Warnament's patch notes! We'll keep you posted bi-monthly, speaking of all things that are new & improved! New features are available in the demo, but you can gain access unlimited game in Warnament's closed beta for as much as $0.99! It includes multiplayer mode, full technology tree, 3 more political institutions, game configuration & scenario editor. v0.3.2 Released!

Added trading: you can exchange resources, provinces & even war machinery with friendly countries. You can't trade with a country if it's applied sanctions to you though
Interaction between countries now happens instantly, not after the turn is over
Players will now receive notifications of whether a country has accepted or declined an offer from them
Added support for user-made maps in the multiplayer (available in closed Beta)
Performance optimization for playing on big maps
