Update 0.8.50: Settings screen, UI and tutorials

Hello Riders, Patch notes:

  • Added settings screen (language, screen resolution, audio levels). Show settings screen when game is started for the first time. Updated menus.
  • Added detection of best screen resolution, it's based on OS native resolution and monitor supported resolutions. If aspect ratio of best resolution is wider than 16:9 then it is cropped to 16:9.
  • Updated tutorial stage to better clarify goals of Arena stage. Updated mission briefings.
  • Added side notifications for new upgrades and rare resources
  • Hide on-screen markers when show UI panels and views
  • Added delay for stage audio tracks (to provide more audio dynamics and let ears chill between stages)
