Update v0.8.185: Steam achievements, stats and offline mode

Hello Riders, In this update:

  • Added 12 Steam achievements.
  • Added handling for different online/offline scenarios. Game should work well in 3 modes: Steam online mode, Steam offline mode, no internet connection at all.
  • Sync 'Contracts done' and 'Bucks amount' stats in/from Steam cloud.
  • Added Contract target icon to map nodes with certain conditions/effects (to highlight that stage contract target like stations or intel...)
  • Updated gravity stage generator.
  • Update SFX and UI.
  • Increase Carrier unit health by 100%.
