PowerUP modules now have charges and they can be drop from Elites and Bosses. So they also got totally rebalanced to fit their Research Tiers.
Added new UI for quick swap and install PowerUP (hold PowerUP key to open PowerUP selector screen).
PowerUP mods can be installed and upgraded from Research screen (meta progression). It means all powerUP mods are installed to your ship in the beginning of every expedition. And they can be upgraded further during expedition (as usually).
