Patch v1.3.6: Fix tutorial, add "Submit bug report" screen

Fix tutorial


Fixed critical bug in basic tutorial: countdown to portal can be too long if player did spend a lot of time in main menu scene. So basically all time in menu scene was added to countdown timer...

Nn new build you may create bug report by pressing F3 hotkey on almost any screen, Or by using "Create bug report" option from main menu.
