Hi,
the version 1.0.2 is now available. Here is the changelog:
- gamepad support (XBOX 360 only)
- new high refresh rate display option, to support monitors with a frequency > 60Hz
- fixed memory issues, plus various bugs in the editor
- fixed error reading local score file at startup
- fixed various minor issues (typo ...)
The gamepad support is brand new, it has been successfully tested on windows and Linux. If you have a mac with a xbox 360 controller and it's not working in the game (but it's working in other games), please post a message on the forum.
The gamepad support is generic and more controllers can be supported via config file. I'll post a guide soon on how to create them.
cheers

Ever wanted to play Unreal tournament or Quake 3 Arena from a top down 2D perspective ? Daedalus - No Escape brings you exactly that, the same feel and control as in an arena FPS but from top down, in a dark sci-fi mood inspired by Alien Breed.
In control of a space marine, walk the arena and defeat your opponents using powerful weapons. No feelings, no mercy, only your gun does the talking.
