Greetings from another update of Mad Miner! I realize that this update is not as big as the 1.4.1 update, but I still like to provide updates like this to show my support for the game. Even though I know that Mad Miner is no longer being played by anyone, I love my game and I'm not forgetting it. After all, I want to remind you that my motto from the very beginning was I making games with players, not investors, so the fact that no one is playing Mad Miner is not something that really concerns me. My game is here and open to any player who wants to play it. I don't see my games as money, they are my works. Therefore, it doesn't upset me to fail. Maybe I won't be able to continue on this path and I won't have time to develop games, but I will still be here when I have time and I will keep updating my games for you to enjoy. All right! As I'm developing Mad Miner 2, I have great news for all you Mad Miner players!
Welcome to our first ever in-game event! If you like this kind of events, I plan to make more of them.
During this limited-time event: Hook guns, which you normally have a 50% chance of getting in the desert mines, will now have a 100% chance of being deep in the desert mines waiting for you to collect them!
So what is a hook gun and what does it do?
Hook guns allow you to travel horizontally and vertically very quickly and perform acrobatic stunts in mines without fear of getting trapped!
Hook guns do not have a lifespan. So owning even one means you can use it forever! I still recommend collecting more during this event and having a spare grappling gun waiting for you when you die.
Be careful when hunting for grappling hook pistols! An uncanny enemy will be waiting for you!

I realize this isn't a big update, but I wanted to remind you that I haven't forgotten my game I wanted to emphasize that this is an important update to show that I can still support Mad Miner. So what has been added in this update?
Thank you to everyone who bought Mad Miner, took the time to play and write a review! Mad Miner is not a big success, but the game I created is a big success for me. I love Mad Miner and the mining theme, so I didn't want to start a new game and a new adventure.
I think Mad Miner is a good game and I decided to make a sequel to reach more people! I shared what kind of game Mad Miner 2 will be with our Discord community! Now I finally want to share it with players on Steam.
Mad Miner 2 will leave the 2D world and move on to a 3D world. Since we play by seeing our character in Mad Miner, it will meet you with a TPS/TPP camera angle in the 3D world. And there is no escape from the universe of the first game! We are completely underground again and we continue to mine.

Hello everyone from another big update of Mad Miner! In this update, I focused on small details and made some visual and technical changes and added innovations. Let's quickly examine what has been added and changed in this version:

Hello Mad Miner players or followers! As you know, there are no enemies in Mad Miner. We rely on our hunger, thirst or oxygen to survive. These 3 vital factors keep us busy enough. My question for you is: Should enemies be added to our mines to add action to Mad Miner? You decide this update. If you approve it, it will be added, if you don't approve it, it won't be added. -Some buttons in the menus have been organized and improved. -Search box has been added to the load menu. -Added tile_layer property for item modes. When 0 they can be placed at the back like columns, when 1 they can be placed at the front like normal items. You can join our Discord for item mods and template file.
-Mod system has been stabilized. Note: Mod items you built in past versions will be loaded as "?" boxes in the new version, you can break the "?" boxes and rebuild the same items.
-Our player EAF156thTFWAS, who is both a Mad Miner player and volunteered support for the Japanese translation, made the translation more stable and edited it with the latest version. -A discord button has been added to the main menu to access mods.
-Added more recipe possibilities for item mods. Some items can now be placed in all crafting table slots. -Fixed some bugs.
Mad Miner's Second Major Update is Live! Now you can design your own visual items, add animations and set recipes to craft in the fight for survival! With this version: -You will be able to add your own visual items to Mad Miner. Added/Edited: -The large chest has joined us. You can now store 24 different items in a single chest. -Hunger, oxygen and thirst bars have been redrawn and are now better! Bugs: -Unfortunately, in previous versions, you couldn't get the achievement you got when completed all the upgrades. Now you can get it.
-Item indicator has been replaced with a new design.

Hello everyone from the second announcement of V1.1!
Thank you for giving Mad Miner a chance. I can guess that you have been playing Mad Miner for hours and now you are looking for a new excitement. That's why I'm adding content that will enable you to play much more enjoyable and for much longer hours with V1.1.
Let's take a look at some of the features that will be available very soon.
I mentioned before that fishing rods were included in the game. When you take your fishing rod and throw it towards the water, it looks exactly like the 1st image, while in the 2nd image you see the interface where you can fish.
There have been some drastic changes in our food system. While soups are now included in the game, canned meals have turned into a luxury meal option. You need bowls to produce soups, and cans to produce canned meals. However, since canned food is not as simple as bowls, you will need the "Canning Machine" you see in the image. This machine will allow you to produce canned food professionally. In this way, canned food will be one of your more luxurious and more filling meal options.
When you produce mine ladders and travel to new mines, the statues that you cannot get more than once have landed in the Mad Miner mines. These statues cannot be crafted or collected. In this way, you will be able to obtain them once and display them in your most special corner.
I said that the most important element of this update is "water". Thanks to the water, you will both quench your thirst and use it to grow your crops as you see in the image.
Even though water has made some things harder to produce or directly added a thirst factor, dying will not be as simple as before. As you can see in the image, when you run out of a vital factor, your lives will come into play and you will be able to survive until they run out. These hearts can be increased up to 6 hearts thanks to a skill. In this way, you can postpone dying and enjoy Mad Miner.
Except from the features I have described, new structures accompany the mines. Although I do not share these structures to avoid spoiling the excitement, I announced one of them on our Discord server. In order not to miss these announcements, you can join our Discord server.

Hello everyone! I hope you have enjoyed or are enjoying playing Mad Miner. I had announced that I was working on the new major update for Mad Miner. So, how's it going? Let me tell you right away.
First and foremost, the "water" will be the essential element of this version. That's why I've incorporated water and its basic physics into Mad Miner.
You must have also noticed the fishing rod in the hands of our miner :)
With V1.1, you will encounter wild crops underground. This will allow you to both cook canned food and produce seeds with the "seed production table." Yes! We will now be able to produce our own seeds.
Apart from these features, there are also additions such as bats, categorization in the inventory interface, binoculars, and fixes for some formations. (I admit progress has been slow due to the very hot weather :D)
The V1.1 update will be quite enjoyable and a bit more detailed. There's still a lot more to add. So, don't forget to stay tuned.
Note: Mines are cool, escaping to the Mad Miner mines might be a good solution in this heat :P
