* Increased "Malice Unbound" cast range * Decreased "Meditation" mana percent regen by 5% and duration by 1 sec * Wizard Balance: Slightly increased "Arcane Blast" mana cost * Wizard Balance: "Mystic Spark" now also restore some mana * Druid Balance: Increased buff time for "Flourishment" * Some improvements to VoV (2nd floor) * Slightly decreased block chance for spectral skeletons * Added new skills and new loot to Morwyn Bloodmoon * Increased max active quests to 15 * Increased cooldown of Elixir of Enlightened Learning to 30s * Sabretooth now will drop meat that can be used for cooking * Added new loot to Sylvaron * Added confirmation when you try remove a positive buff * Slightly decreased exp given by high lvl mobs * Max veteran lvls capped to 300 (it could be increased in future updates) * Fixed portrait icon for bear pet
