\n Druid: Bear pet now uses a stun skill and grants Ferocity (HP, Attack Power, Spell Power) \n Druid: Removed cooldown for Early Spring; reduced cooldown for Radiant Spring \n Cleric: Removed cooldown for Healing; reduced cooldown for Waves of Healing \n Reduced WIS-based AC bonus on buffs from 0.20 0.15 \n Slightly decreased AC from some high-end gear \n Block Chance Bonus from AC reduced to 1% per 100 AC \n Glacial Blight can now be mitigated with cold resist and has reduced duration \n\n
