Fixed issue with terrain shifting in simulation when adjacent to another terrain

Fixed issue with Water Line being at incorrect height when islands are pushed together

Fixed issue with loading bridge saves with foundations
Fixed issue with being able to rotate foundations

UGC Vehicles

Fixed issue with UGC vehicles and Stop Checkpoints

Mods

Add visual flair to your level with a whole range of decor objects. Alongside generic items (traffic cone, rocks, hot air balloons, etc.), each new biome comes with a set of themed decorations as well. Paint a happy little scene, there are no limits here.
