Fresh Items and Balance Tweaks!

Howdy, Outlaws! Weve got some exciting updates in store for you today, and a big surprise at the end, so stick around! First up, were introducing four brand new items to Bounty of One that we believe will shake things up and give you more options to interact with the Pierce mechanic. Heres a breakdown of whats new:

Frozen Bouncy Ball
Gain 1 bounce for every pierce you have, and gain 1 pierce.
Jackhammer Charges
Gain 5% damage for every pierce you have, and gain 1 pierce.
Bullet Spear
Gain 1 dash slot for every pierce you have, and gain 1 pierce.

We noticed a lack of interaction with pierce in the current game, so these items aim to give you more ways to use this underappreciated stat. Finally, an item returning from the beta that some of you might recognize:

Reckless Abandon
When you take damage, reduce your maximum Health by the amount of damage you should have taken and gain +5% damage per max health lost.

This ones been a long time comingwe werent happy with its state during the beta, but after some tuning, its ready to go live. Weve also made various balancing changes across several other objects in the game. You can find the full details in the patch notes.

Corkscrew bullet now gives +20% bullet speed
Sniper gives +20% -> 10% bullet speed
Swift bullets gives between +30 and +70 -> +60% bullet speed
The bad +10% -> +15% damage
All self damage objects: Health +1 -> Health +2
Lucky star duration 5 sec -> 8 sec
