Hello! The Guangdong Revolutionary Base has been extended to include all meaningful provinces for the Northern Expedition. This is only a geographical extention: the scenario still lasts 40+ turns. Next update will allow the player to extend its duration to include the Northern Expedition. Nice new content includes:

More Peasants' secret societies (Red Spears, Big Swords, Heavenly Gate)
More than 20 new characters

Feng Yuxiang's Guominjun An interesting faction. you start in a poor territory, but you control the government and will be offered support from the Soviet Union. This faction's armies can benefits from special "christian" buffs refleating the many ideas of Feng Yuxiang, and of some improvements brought by the soviet advisors. However, letting soviet advisors conduct political work in your units is a double edge sword: will they remain loyal to you? Red Spears, Big Swords, Heavenly Gate These 3 new factions plays like the Spirit Soldiers. The Only difference is that they start in an area with a high density of Warlord and Bandit armies. Zhang Zongchang? I don't know why; but you always ask about Zhang Zongchang ^^. In this scenario, he starts in the Fengtian Clique characters' roster and he is fighting in the Shanghai area. He will certainly receive his own mini update at some point. Have fun!
