This is summer time, and I am both far from my historical documentation and working on my next project. Therefore, I will take this occasion to ship only small updates to fix minor issues, instead of more content. These summer patches are for Windows only; Mac and Linux users will have to wait until September. In today's patch: * I reworked the Zhili clique AI for better defense of the Beijing Area. * I changed the cost of the new relief actions (those that cost 4 QI now only cost 3). * I fixed the behavior of the "escape" key, taking into account players' feedback.
