Another small patch: Let's play in 4:3!

You can now resize the game window however you like!
The game is better optimized for different aspect ratios, so it now looks great on 4:3 screens as well as ultrawide monitors!
Fixed a bug causing tooltips to display incorrectly.
Fixed an issue where the intro cutscene couldn't be skipped with a gamepad (or on Steam Deck).
Plus, a bunch of minor bug fixes.
