The public version of the game has been synchronized with the beta version, bringing all the latest features and improvements to everyone.
Hello everyone! First of all, I want to thank each of you for your patience and support over the past few months. I know it has been a considerable wait, and I want to provide a full explanation along with an announcement of what's coming in the upcoming 1.1 update.
Aligning the Public Release with the Beta
Currently, the beta version of the game has advanced further than the official public release, with new features and improvements that haven't yet made it to the main version. At this time, there will no longer be a beta version. My priority now is to synchronize the public version with the beta, so that everyone has access to the latest updates and features. Steam will release this update in the coming hours.
Future 1.1 Update: 300 New Puzzle Levels!
I'm excited to share that in version 1.1 of the game, which will be released in the near future, there will be 300 new levels distributed across the four current game modes: Classic, Color, Block Classic, and Color Classic. I hope you enjoy these new challenges as much as I enjoyed creating them! These levels will keep the essence of each mode and test your skills in fresh and exciting ways.
New Game Modes in Development
I know many of you are also looking forward to the new game modes I previously mentioned. Unfortunately, these have proven to be a bigger challenge than expected, so the new modes and their specific puzzles will be released in a future update. I'm working hard to ensure that, when they arrive, these new modes will be as polished and fun as the current ones.
Technical Issues and Apologies
Unfortunately, Ive been facing unforeseen issues that have severely impacted the games development. As I mentioned in a previous update, Ive been dealing with power supply problems that lasted much longer than expected, completely preventing me from working on the game. These issues forced me to relocate, which further complicated the situation. The process of finding a new place, moving, and settling in took longer than expected, which resulted in a delay of over a month in development. I understand that this situation is far from ideal, and I feel deeply embarrassed for causing this significant delay. I sincerely apologize, as this was completely out of my control, but I understand how it has affected the game's progress and communication with you, the community. Now that Im fully settled in, Im committed to resuming development at the proper pace. Thank you again for your understanding and continued support. I look forward to hearing your feedback on the new levels and continuing to improve the game for all of you. See you soon with more updates!

Several minor bugs affecting blocks in the game have been fixed.

A few test levels of size 40x40 have been added so you can test the new zoom system.

I am working on a validator for both classic and color nonograms.

I will also add 4 more game modes (2 Classic and 2 Color) with their respective levels. Once again, I want to thank all of you for your constant support. I couldn't have come this far without you! Dear NONOTOWN players, I want to take a moment to share an important update about the development of the game and the recent challenges we've been facing. Over the past few weeks, we have been dealing with an unprecedented heatwave in our area. This situation has caused excessive electrical demand, leading to blackouts and power surges that have severely affected my work equipment. Due to these issues, I have been working closely with an electrician to find a solution and have had to replace several damaged components. Fortunately, none of the hard drives have been affected so far, but these setbacks have prevented me from working for the past two weeks. Just before these problems began, I was about to release an update that included a zoom feature for larger nonograms, along with some test nonograms for you to try out the new functionality. However, due to the mentioned interruptions, I have not been able to complete this update. I deeply regret the delay and the lack of communication. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with these adversities, but I want you to know that I am doing everything possible to resolve these issues as soon as possible and continue with the game's updates. I appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. I hope to share more positive news soon and resume the normal development of NONOTOWN. Thank you for your continued support! Best regards,

Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you enjoy this update! Happy gaming!
Greetings NONOTOWN Players! steamhappy
I'm excited to announce a major update to our nonogram game, introducing the "Advanced" hint system alongside an improved version of the original system.
The "Advanced" system, developed based on your feedback, offers a more traditional approach to hint generation. I believe this new system will enhance your gameplay experience and make solving puzzles even more enjoyable.
Additionally, I've upgraded the original hint system to be more intelligent and robust. It now handles explicit error cases with finesse, attempting to pinpoint errors without disrupting the entire set of hints.
Please note that this update is currently available in the "Classic" and "Blocks" game modes as I conduct final testing in the "Color" mode.
I apologize for the extended development time required for these new systems. They proved to be more challenging to implement than anticipated, but I believe the results are well worth the wait.
Once the "Color" mode integration is complete, I'll resume our development roadmap, focusing on further improvements and new features.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the players who have provided feedback and followed the game's development journey. Your support is invaluable to me!
Happy puzzling

Hey everyone,
I'm excited to announce that I've just released an update to NONOTOWN! I've been working hard to address some of the feedback I've received from players, and the biggest change in this update is the improvement to my hint-revealing algorithm.
Several players had mentioned that they found the previous algorithm to be a bit confusing or inconsistent, so I've updated it to make the hints clearer and easier to follow. I hope this makes the game more enjoyable for everyone, and I'm always looking for ways to improve, so please keep letting me know what you think.
If you've played the game before, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the new update. Did you notice a difference in the way the hints are presented? Is the game more fun or challenging now? Please share your feedback in the comments section below!
And finally, I want to say a big thank you to all the players who took the time to write to me and share their thoughts on the game. I really appreciate your feedback and it helps me make the game better for everyone. Thank you!
Hello everyone! I'm excited to share with you the latest update for my nonogram game, which includes some great new features to help you solve even the toughest puzzles. First of all, I've added a new option to mark cells in the grid to help you keep track of which ones you've already figured out. This should be especially helpful for larger, more complicated puzzles, where it can be easy to lose track of which cells you've already solved. Secondly, I've made some improvements to the way the game handles marking cells as empty. It should now feel more natural and intuitive, making the whole puzzle-solving experience even smoother. Finally, I've added support for undo and redo functionality, so you can easily go back and correct any mistakes you might have made along the way. This should be especially useful for those times when you accidentally mark the wrong cell, or when you want to try out a different strategy without having to start the puzzle over from scratch. As always, I encourage you to report any bugs or issues you encounter while playing the game. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to me and helps me improve the game for everyone. And to those of you who have already shared your experiences with the game, I just want to say a big thank you! Your support and enthusiasm mean the world to me, and I'm so grateful to have you as part of this community. Happy puzzling!
Hey everyone, I'm excited to announce the latest update to my game demo! I've been working hard to bring you some great new features and improvements to make your gaming experience even better. One of the biggest changes in this update is the new theme selector. I know that everyone has different preferences when it comes to the look and feel of their game, so I've added the ability for you to choose from a variety of themes to customize your gaming experience. In addition to the new theme selector, I've also made some improvements to the game's translations. I've gone through and corrected some errors and made some tweaks to make sure that the game is as clear and understandable as possible, no matter what language you're playing in. I've also made some adjustments to the puzzle completion screen. I know that completing a puzzle can be a satisfying experience, and I wanted to make sure that the screen you see when you finish a puzzle reflects that. With these changes, you'll get a better sense of accomplishment when you finish a puzzle. Of course, I know that no update is perfect, and there were some bugs that needed to be fixed. I've addressed a number of minor bugs to improve the overall stability of the game demo. That being said, I want to acknowledge that I still have work to do. I know that the ability to undo and redo moves is an important feature, and I'm actively working on adding that to the game demo. I appreciate your patience as I work to bring this feature to you. I hope you enjoy the latest update to my game demo, and as always, if you have any feedback or suggestions for future updates, please let me know. Happy gaming!
Greetings gamers, I am excited to announce some upcoming changes to our game that I believe will greatly enhance your playing experience. I have been working hard on these improvements and I am thrilled to let you know that we will be adding two new features to the game: undo/redo support and a theme selector. Firstly, I understand how frustrating it can be to accidentally make a move that you didn't mean to. That's why we will be introducing undo/redo support to our game. With this new feature, you'll be able to easily undo your last move or redo a previous one. This will give you more control over your gameplay and help you avoid costly mistakes. Secondly, I know that many of you have been requesting the ability to customize the look and feel of the game. That's why we will be adding a theme selector, which will allow you to choose from a variety of different visual styles. Whether you prefer a bright and colorful interface or a sleek and minimalist design, we'll have a theme that suits your preferences. I am committed to making our game as enjoyable and user-friendly as possible, and I believe these new features will go a long way towards achieving that goal. I hope you're as excited about these changes as I am, and I can't wait for you to try them out for yourselves. Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to seeing you in the game soon. Best regards, bazoosoft
