New Features

Worker's License

• Going forwards jobs like digging or Speedy's Pizza will require a work license to do. This means you'll need to grind other jobs like car missions or trash picking to unlock major jobs like digging or pizzas.
• Some trade restrictions have been instated for brand new or low-stat accounts.
• You'll receive a checklist for job progress towards your new license when trying to perform locked jobs. License requirements and new account restrictions may change over time.

Daily Quests System

• Weekly and monthly grinds have been added to the Daily Quests section found in the "Feedback" phone menu! You'll earn far more currency upon the completion of a weekly or monthly quest.

Quality of Life

Multitask System

• The automatic warp-on-pause system in bases has been tweaked. You'll no longer warp out instantly and now have three seconds to return to the game before you're warped.
• This change tackles combat logging and being warped out for receiving notifications. The change may come to other game modes eventually and the duration for being warped is subject to change.

Digging Job Rework

• Digging as a job has been completely overhauled. You'll now have to stay on the move and dig at random in the sand to spawn sink holes nearby. Dig out these sink holes in time to yield shells like before.
• The amount of shells you'll earn has been permanently buffed to compensate for increased effort.

Steam Bug Fixes

Controller Input

• A fire rate bug tied to controller inputs on Steam has been patched. Guns with burst modes or explosive projectiles can no longer be rapidly spammed past their intended fire rates.
• An issue which caused you to freeze in place while swinging melees or using certain items with a controller has also been fixed.

General Bug Fixes

Level Desync and Base Flags

• We've implemented code that can detect for players who've been affected by the level desync bug in order to warp them out of the level. False positives may sometimes occur.
• This patch helps prevent player immortality within bases which could be abused with items like the Dart Gun.
• Additionally players affected by the level desync bug who've not been caught by the checks will no longer be able to deal damage to flags or other players while outside of a flag room or base.

Box Factory

• An ancient bug which caused players to spawn directly outside the base's door on death and not the heal room has been patched. Players will now spawn in Box Factory's heal room on death.

Dimension Rifle

• A bug which allowed the Dimension Rifle's portals shot in a previous level to carry over to a new level on entry has been patched. Users will no longer be able to abuse this to reach a base's flag easier.

House Templates

• The Summer 2024 and Plasma Corp house templates are both functional and able to be purchased now.
• You may have to swap out your house template and reapply it to see the fixes.
