Memory leak patch

After spending all the weekend working non-stop, here come's a very very important patch that will improve the game stability!

Removed 99% of the game memory leaks
Fixed problem with disappearing characters (was the cause of many crashes)
Added some optimizations

PS: Already available for OSX and Windows now. This patch for Linux will come later today.
