V1.02 Minor Updates

Crescent slash is nerfed.
Some waves became more difficult.
Items like bombs are now more powerful.
Slot machine odds have been adjusted.
When you exchange you passive, now you can see its name.
When you revive you become invincible for a while.
and some minor fixes.
