Update 9: Daily Runs
hope everybody enjoyed their summer. In our 9th Early Access content update, we're introducing the foundations of a Daily Run feature.
Daily Runs are available once you unlocked all characters and modules. EDIT: This means you also need to unlock the character-specific modules ("Progress" bars below character) !! Or ... you just switch to the Steam beta branch with password "gravistrophe" Everybody will (hopefully) experience the same RNG and loot. A (prototypical) Steam Leaderboard shows how well you did in comparison to other players. The preliminary score algorithm is Total Energy Generated - (Timesteps passed *2). This will potentially be subject to change if we get your first scores coming in. We're aiming to introduce "Run Modifiers" with a future update.
- Work on the dailies unfortunately broke the upgrade vendor and the consumable shop in the camp -- sorry! I am traveling until Monday, Sept. 23th, so I'll only be able to push the fixes then. Thanks for your patience.
We've also introduced a Run History screen. From now on, you can see your past runs in here and order them according to a couple of values.
