Alpha 1.1 Hotfix

I've just published Alpha 1.1, which is a hotfix release for some issues initially encountered over launch weekend.

Keyboard now works while a controller is plugged in. Both Keyboard and controller can be used to control single-player mode
Reversed positions of button control labels on the pause screen to be correct
Disabled edge trace effect to improve performance
