Hello fellow Wax Head collectors, We hope everyone is feeling good and enjoying their summer the best they can! We have just a short announcement today, that Wax Heads is a part of a bunch of upcoming Steam events in August, starting this Thursday 8th with Yogscast Tiny Teams (because what is Patattie Games if not a tiny team!) that runs through until next Thursday 15th. To celebrate we've recorded a video of ourselves playing through (a streamlined version of) the demo and it has us kicking back, sharing some insight between our development process and how we feel about the game so far.
Look out for that video on the front page of our store as it will be looping from Thurs 8th and then throughout the upcoming Steam events until September! (Wax Heads may also pop up in the official Yogscast Streaming Schedule, we'll do a confirmation post on socials once we know, but you can keep an eye out there and check out the rest of the awesome games also made by other awesome tiny teams here:) Also along with our new dev video, there's a companion "Let's Play" video of by Londi Erazo, a content creator who has recorded a really lovely and heartwarming video that we just couldn't resist sharing because it really made our day watching it! After Tiny Teams we'll once again be luckily a part of the Wholesome Games Steam Event on Aug 15th! We'll be pushing a Quality of Life update to the demo for this, which mainly involves controller support - and promises to feels reaaaaally nice and is worth getting excited for!!!
