Multithreading - Part 1

- Multithreading for player sync, greatly improving per-player performance on multiplayer servers
- Added cpu affinity settings for main thread and server loop (set the index of the core to use or -1 for auto)
- Changed default compression level for screens from 6 to 2, greatly improving server load in exchange for a little bit more network bandwidth (existing servers should change it manually in server.ini)
- Fixed random weird invisible characters in Huds (and possible CTD) when using multiple huds

Archean is a realistic and immersive engineering sandbox / space sim.
In this game you start on Earth but 3 billion years in the past, in the Archean eon.
This game (and its custom engine) is being developed by a single programmer in a small team of two.
