You can now customize your difficulty to specific modifiers (Applies after you beat Scorch). All previous difficulties completed have been converted spice levels. Additionally, a new extreme difficulty has been added called Hellfire for those that want to push their skills to the limit. - NEW Weapon Set Bonuses! Weapons now have complimentary sets that trigger additional bonuses when matching their categories. - NEW Weapons! A Cake 47, Clemington 870, Yuzuzi, Santoku, and Blender. - NEW Assistants! Barbarian Assistant, Fencer Assistant, Retro Assistant, Raiser Assistant, Hex Assistant, and Breeze Assistant. - NEW Boss Perks! We Are Toast, Own Worst Critic, Piece of Cake, Food Stamp. OVERHAULED/IMPROVED FEATURES - Inventory management has been improved by tenfold, allowing you to swap, combine, and refund quicker. - Upcoming waves now show upcoming bosses and elites. - Swing and Lunge weapons are more accurate and their animations have been improved. - Halal Guy, Busser, Party Host, Ice Cream Man and Calm assistant reworked. - You can change the way some assistants move: you have the option to make them follow you, attack enemies, and stay in place - Separated save files from game files (such as unlocks), ensuring that game save files wont be corrupted if the game crashes during a run. - Medkits now have a chance to spawn from enemies (increases with medkit passive). - Couch Potato and Tee Vee have been slightly overhauled. Couch Potato has a new moveset. - Assistants and Character UIs now show tracked abilities, if applicable (i.e. Food critic tracks how much bonus crit chance he has when hovering over his UI). VISUAL IMPROVEMENTS - Added settings options to disable black and white effects, crit bubbles, and slow motion effects. - All attack indicators have been completely redone and improved. - Enemies and their outlines are now shown in the dark. - Enemies, projectiles, and the player are no longer affected by black and white effects. - Added flicker upon taking character damage. - New visuals for combining, swapping, and refunding. BUG FIXES AND OTHER PATCH NOTES - Major fix: Assistants pick up 2 disabled weapons, causing them to be hired multiple times. - Minor fix: Mimic does not replace your higher tier weapon. - Minor fix: Upon defeating Couch Potato, the Tee Vee cannot be damage. - Minor fix: All cook book entries were unlocked. - Minor fix: Once you reach the blacklist limit and resume a run, the game will not run properly. - Minor fix: Mystery waves werent saved properly on resuming run. - Minor fix: Rerolls costs were reset upon resuming run. - Minor fix: Party host couldnt do damage during bossfights. - Minor fix: Some unlocks were not properly unlocking (i.e. Waiter). - Minor fix: Fixed localization error in settings. - Mimic now refunds the weapons that it replaces. - Changed mimics resume from utility to economy. - Couch potato death animation lines up more properly. - Changed peashooter to 3-round burst. - Unlock achievement for live with 1 health for 30 seconds reduced from 30 to 10. - Changed weapon selections for some characters in main menu (i.e. food critic can select level 3 - weapons). - Corkscrew pierces enemies before it attaches. - Explosive weapon projectiles pierce enemies. - Created 3 new steam achievements: Fieri, Bourdain, and Ramsay - You can view the stats of weapons and check how weapons and characters were unlocked. Buffs - Slight buff to dessert eagle (lower rarity end) damage. - Reduced italian subs CDR by -0.25s. - Dodgy assistant has an addition 10% speed boost.
