Cats and Seek: Tokyo marks the end of our Japan trilogy.
Were incredibly grateful we were able to complete it. This whole series is a love letter to our first-ever trip to Japan in 2019. Its been 6 years, but it still feels like yesterday: enjoying takoyaki in Osaka, exploring Kyotos temples, and gazing at the bright LED lights of Tokyo. Fun fact: the cities we visited are in the exact same order as the game releases: Osaka, Kyoto, then Tokyo!

Hi everyone! Aprils here already, so its time for a little update from us about whats been happening over last month!
All levels of Cats and Seek: Tokyo are ready!
Kamakura is the final level youll be able to explore through the DLC. So in total, there will be 5 levels (1 free, 4 in the DLC):

Stamp Collection!
This is a brand-new feature we added, inspired by the Eki Stamps we discovered while wandering around Tokyo last year. In Japan, a lot of train stations and tourist spots have special stamps you can use as souvenirs. We loved the idea so much that we added our own hidden stamps in Cats and Seek: Tokyo! You can find them, collect them, and use them to create your very own in-game artwork.
Community Translation
Yes! By the end of last month, we ran our very first community translation for Cats and Seek: Tokyo, and the response was amazing. We're super grateful for your support!Thanks to everyones help, the game is now translated into 15 languages so far!

In our past games, some players were wondering, "Why arent the cat descriptions translated?" Well its because there are a lot of them! We didnt have the budget to translate everything properly, and machine translation just made things super weird.

[strike]Next, I'd like to address a confusing bug I've been encountering lately. It involves the camera position and the position of the captured photo not matching. Like this one , report from @reborn.on.mars
I've been trying to figure out the cause but haven't been able to reproduce the bug yet. It seems like this bug doesn't affect all players.
for example, when I watched this livestream , the camera worked fine.
I need your help if you've experienced a similar bug. Please join the discussion here and share your PC specs, GPU, monitor resolution, and screenshots before and after taking a photo. If anyone finds a way to reproduce this bug, it would be incredibly helpful.[/strike]

So, back in February, our friend Devil Ray, a Cats and Seek: Osaka player, gave us feedback on the discussion board:

We were thrilled with the suggestion but due to technical constraints, we couldn't implement it in the first two Cats and Seek games. Now, in Cats and Seek: Kyoto, I've tried to implement the idea but with a some twist (turns out, coloring a very large picture isn't easy to create ).
Photo and Coloring Mode
With this feature, we can capture interesting spots and then freely color them as we like :D The results can be downloaded and shared with the world.
So, if you're interested in this feature, help us out by wishlisting Cats and Seek: Kyoto. And don't forget to share it with your friends too It would really mean a lot to us.
