Hello and happy mid-year to everyone AND welcome to all of the new players about to start their adventure through Billy Saves the World thanks to its much more affordable price tag. This marks our first content update as well as a bunch of fixes and improvements based on player feedback.

Lets get to it!

Fixed a bug in which players were able to buy out of stock items from Joes Trading Company.

Fixed a bug that prevented certain players from unlocking the Time Trial achievement.

Fixed a bug that was causing the Forgotten Village Express Pod to charge players 600SP every time they used it (Sorry!).

Fixed a bug that was causing the camera to glitch out for some players when traveling to North Arlets Station B.

Fixed a few speling erors.

Countless minor (barely noticeable) design tweaks have been made to balance out sudden spikes in difficulty in the main quest.

Increased clarity and direction through design for players who reported confusion at certain points.

Adjusted the cost of SP for many items.

Allowed the ability to sell more items back to the trader.

Added optional tutorial-like sign posts players can read to the Lair level (where you meet Bronson to deliver Macs gadget). This is a more direct way to teach players about important controls many were either forgetting about or never knowing existed.

Billy now gets healed to full strength after the two camping scenes during the trek across the Mainland in Chapter 2.

+ NEW FEATURE: Kill Bill(y) - You can now press and hold the space bar OR press and hold the L and R bumpers for three seconds to kill Billy (+new animation!). Why would you want this? If youre attempting a time trial or just want to restart, this allows you to end it all and restart without having to find a ledge to jump off or an enemy to run into. Youre welcome! *Sadly, there is a tiny annoyance with this in that it does not properly restore your Hearts to what they were/should be, thus making this feature less useful. Hope to patch this quick fix in the future, but it's here in this early form for those who want it!

+ SIDE-QUEST ADDED: Sight Seeing - There is now a side-quest thats been added all about the ancient temple that can be found. This was technically available all along, but there was no official side-quest for it. It was originally meant to feel like environmental storytelling/a bonus for those who happened to discover it -- however, this ended up just confusing people and so now that it has its own side-quest, it will feel like the true discovery it was meant to.
