In today's devlog, I will show you what Monday looks like in the office with Yvonne and her assistant. The main task on Mondays is employee evaluation. Why is that important? Because higher-class employees work better and faster and bring higher earnings. After a short introductory conversation where the assistant presents information about the business, it's time to evaluate the employees.
The assistant shows the information about the employee in turn, and after that they comment on the situation together.
If the data is bad, the assistant suggests dismissal, but extended by a week. If the employee does not improve within a week, then Yvonne has the option to fire that employee. If the data is good and meets the criteria for promotion to a higher class, the assistant suggests it, and Yvonne has the option to choose promotion or postponement.
If one or more employees are selected for promotion or dismissal, then Yvonne asks the assistant to invite the selected employees for an interview.
Yvonne then informs the employee of the decision they have made, and the surprise is obvious.
The employee then receives an appropriate trophy depending on the class to which she was promoted.
This ends the employee evaluation and after that Yvonne can go to the cafe (live mode). [hr][/hr]When the prerequisites are met, Yvonne receives a call from her assistant in the morning... but more about that in the next Devlog. Stay tuned!

Brothel Tycoon is a simulation game where you have to help Yvonne, in any way possible, including sex if necessary, to develop her business from a small cafe to a luxury entertainment place for adults.
After Yvonne buys the cafe, it is necessary to find employees. This part starts with choosing the secretary (which is a kind of game AI) and after that you need to choose the waitresses for the cafe.
During the game, when conditions are met, Yvonne can expand her business by hiring female dancers and opening a dance club.
Further development of the business enables the employment of additional employees such as maids, hookers, security guards and nurses.
During the game, it is possible to determine working days and shifts for employees, hire new ones and give notice to existing ones.
In addition, the basic task is to determine the prices of the services offered by the facility (in the range from -25 to +25% of the base prices).
Although the game engine is Ren'Py, this is not a classic visual novel. This game is a business simulation with elements of strategy.
There are elements of a visual novel in the game, but they are in the function of management and the selection of further actions and tasks.
In addition to the conversations between the game's characters (which is performed in the form of a visual novel), the game also has a "Live Mode" where the player follows the events in various parts of the facility (café, dance and/or night club) and has an insight into all the actions that the employees do.
It is possible to see the waitresses while they serve the guests, but it is also possible to see the dancers and hookers while they serve their guests.
As a bonus, Yvonne has an additional option, which is not to pay the bills with money (see picture below)...
