As you can see in the image above, apart from the account amount required to purchase Hooker Rooms, the prerequisites are that Yvonne owns a Dancing Club, employs at least one 'A' class dancer and has a guest satisfaction rating of 7 or higher.
After the successful purchase of Hooker Rooms, the opportunity to search for new employees on the Job Market opens up.
On the employee selection panel, in addition to the basic data, you can see the price of a fucking as well as the chance that it will happen (the hooker's main activity is sucking cocks). In addition to this information and information on expected earnings, you can also see the special services that each employee offers. The next morning, the selected employees come for a job interview, and after the usual interview, if Yvonne chooses to hire a girl, they go to another room for the entrance exam.
Yvonne will then instruct the employee to remove all clothing and prepare for the exam.
After the employee takes off all her clothes (except stockings if she wants to keep them), the entrance exam follows.

Brothel Tycoon is a simulation game where you have to help Yvonne, in any way possible, including sex if necessary, to develop her business from a small cafe to a luxury entertainment place for adults.

During the game, it is possible to determine working days and shifts for employees, hire new ones and give notice to existing ones.
In addition, the basic task is to determine the prices of the services offered by the facility (in the range from -25 to +25% of the base prices).
Although the game engine is Ren'Py, this is not a classic visual novel. This game is a business simulation with elements of strategy.
There are elements of a visual novel in the game, but they are in the function of management and the selection of further actions and tasks.
In addition to the conversations between the game's characters (which is performed in the form of a visual novel), the game also has a "Live Mode" where the player follows the events in various parts of the facility (café, dance and/or night club) and has an insight into all the actions that the employees do.
It is possible to see the waitresses while they serve the guests, but it is also possible to see the dancers and hookers while they serve their guests.
As a bonus, Yvonne has an additional option, which is not to pay the bills with money (see picture below)...
