Personality: Conflict Resolution
Adding personality to characters allows for friendships to be created between characters, but conflicts can also arise due to different personalities.
A conflict between characters occurs when the friendship value falls below -75. In this case, an event icon will appear with a picture of one of the characters in conflict.

By clicking on the icon, the game switches to the makeup room (so that the employees don't argue in front of the guests), and the conflict moderator (Yvonne or an assistant) will listen to the employees and decide what to do next.
The conflict moderator is Yvonne on weekdays during the first shift and on all other days outside of work hours if the assistant is not at work.

Yvonne during the first shift on weekdays.

Yvonne on the second or third shift (all days).

Assistant, if she is at work (on weekdays in the second or third shift and on weekends all three shifts).
The moderator will then listen to the arguments of both employees.

After that there are three options:
- calm down the situation and continue with work
- send employee A home on the day(s) off
- send employee B home on the day(s) off

By choosing the first option, both employees continue working, and the friendship value between them is set to -50. There are no changes to the work schedule, and the conflict could happen again very quickly if Yvonne does not change their work schedule.
In the other two cases, the selected employee immediately stops working and goes on a day(s) off. An employee who takes a day(s) off will have their work schedule completely cleared, and Yvonne will have to create a new work schedule on the first following workday.
In case the Player does not click on the conflict icon, the employees will resolve the conflict themselves by having employee B take the day(s) off. In this case, information about this will appear in the upper left corner of the screen.

We strongly recommend that you do not rely on the automatic resolution of conflicts, because it can easily happen that you are left without a single employee on shift at a certain moment.
The conflict icon is active for 60 minutes, and to make it easier to spot, it also has a flashlight, and in Settings, there is an option to switch the game to normal speed when a conflict occurs.

In case an employee is on leave, Yvonne will have to create a new work schedule on the first working day, and a warning about this is visible on the main management menu.

The relationships between employees are calculated at the beginning of each shift and at the beginning of the party event. In addition, the possibility of conflict is also calculated for each shift, and if there is a possibility of conflict, "Skip Shift" is not allowed for that shift.
Personality: Traits
Traits are predefined for all employees except for 'work Ethic' which is defined by the employee's class and whether the employee has a primary or secondary job.
However, some traits are variable (shy, perversion, exhibitionism) and change during certain actions (topless dancing, booty calls, etc.).
Party events (Topless and Lingerie Night) also affect certain traits (shy decreases when girls perform topless).
Personality: Dancer Clothes
Until now, during a normal performance, dancers on the main stage danced fully clothed, and within the sofa area, the choice of clothing was random.
Now the clothing is determined by the dancer's personality. A shy dancer will dance fully clothed on both the main stage and the sofa zone, while a dancer who is not shy and is an exhibitionist will dance topless.

During party events (Topless and Lingerie Night), all dancers (as well as waitresses) perform topless, regardless of personality and traits.
