- In both primary and general elections, incumbents (winners in the general election in each state) automatically have home advantage in their state.
- In the general election, if there is no incumbent, home advantage is determined by the state's political leaning. - However, if you skip simulating a year, the incumbent advantage will not apply. - Teams with incumbency status will now display a clear label to indicate their advantage. - Matches are now ordered by states with the highest electoral votes rather than being random.
