Hey Dudes (brudes (bro dudes) and gudes (girl dudes))!!! First and foremost I wanted to give you all a HUGE THANK YOU for your support of Cosmochoria. I am blown away at the great response and kind, positive reviews you've left me. Im so happy that you enjoy the game and want to do my best to bring new updates and improvements to give you a reason to keep playing :) It's been a while since the last update, but I've had my hands full with some of the more major things, including the re-bindable keys and a secret update Im hoping to get done within the coming months. Shh. its a secret to everybody. Anyway, I wanted to post this update as it has some pretty cool stuff, especially considering it should resolve some of the more obscure bugs that have plagued a few people. The biggest change you might notice if you play Cosmochoria EVERY FREAKING DAY is that there have been some fairly major balance changes, ultimately making it a little bit easier especially in early game. I think some of the hardcoreness was quite off putting and thanks to the steam reviews i was able to see from a few people that the extreme difficulty of the game has severely impacted their ability to enjoy it. hopefully i fixed that to some extent. Anyway, I don't think it's a super huge deal because: a) It still gets pretty hard, pretty quick as you start saving planets and the enemy count gets more and more hectic. b) Bosses should be roughly the same difficulty with maybe a bit of a slight difference with the weapon strength. Overall, I still think the game is extremely fun and I would actually say the difficulty tweaks have made it even more fun if you were already digging it. It just... feels better.... I hope you like! Also there's a huge handful of new achievements. If you've met the criteria for the achievements already, they should just unlock once you get to the title screen, really.
