Updated UI performance improvements. UI Updates and Reworks. Engine Updated to 5.4.4. NVidia DLSS updated to 3.7.10. AMD FSR Updated to 3.1. Build Wheel UI updated. Updated Vending Machine Model. Increased Inventory size from 36 to 42. Inventory UI layout reworked. Character UI reworked. Craft menu UI reworked. Research Tree UI reworked. You now start with full stats on your 1st spawn into a new server. The Forgotten Template POI has been replaced with a new POI Shipwreck Cove. Intro and loading movies have been updated to support Linux. Lobby UI updated to disable saved games in a more user-friendly manner. Overall game Performance improved this helps the game run better on the steam deck. Game can now be played without an internet connection in steams offline mode. Games UI has been updated to support most aspect ratios. Updated RU translations thanks to MEvgeniy. Player offline door decay changed to 29 days. Player offline base item decay changed to 35 days. Player offline base decay changed to 40 days. You can now fill up lamps using Paraffin Oil. Candle now use Wax when being crafted. Added Controller support added to Build Wheel. Added more Vending Machines to Rise Island. Biome Zone added to the desert on rise island these zones apply different conditions. Added controller support to most UI elements. Added new item Side Table - this is small storage which also allows 1 collectable to be displayed on top. Steam Deck Linux support added. If you use a controller or a steam deck, please join the discord to report any bugs. known issues There are currently some known issues with vehicles not always syncing correctly when being dismounted when moving, this seems to be related to chaos physics in Unreal Engine 5, to avoid this issue I would recommend stopping before exiting your vehicle for the time being. Local Server - Due to level streaming trees will respawn if a player loads in away from their base location. Local Server - Some map stands are showing the incorrect positions for markers. Localization updates do take time so if there are any missing translations, please be aware these will be translated in future updates. If you wish to keep up to date with the games progress and current road map, please come join the official Rem Survival discord group. Rem Survival is a first-person open world survival sandbox game which can be played in Single-player, Co-op locally or online in PVE and PVP modes.
Tackle starvation, dehydration, thermal conditions, radiation poisoning, and toxic gas inhalation while trying to keep your sanity intact. Shack up, cook some chicken, and make friends or enemies as you discover, explore, learn, build, and develop your skills and strategies needed to survive.
