Hi everyone. After the feedback from Next Fest we decided to change the jump speeds (in other words you don't stay in the air as long), in addition to the big change from earlier where you can now manually cancel out of your dash instead of being forced to lose momentum. We've also made the character less "slippery" and subtly sped up the horizontal movement speeds too. As for our progress towards a finished game, we're working hard on it and have a lot of fun stuff in store! We recently added a unique stealth mechanic for a particular area, some fun cutscenes, among other things. We're looking forward to getting the chance to share it all! Thanks for playing! We have the full patch notes for the demo below. demo v0.03 patch notes:
- player jump/gravity sped up
- player horizontal movement sped up slightly (+ being able to cancel out of dashes from last patch)
- player starting/stopping momentum changed to be less "slippery"
- can air-dash only once per jump now (there will be upgrades for this in the full game)
- added sound effect when walking past triangular puzzle elements
- minor graphical change

The Anuracanth - The omnipotent statue that overlooks Algol's planet, and is always hungry!
Wexia - A heavily forested planet with dangerous flora and fauna. It is the home-planet of the worm-like and quirky Wexoids.
