Chapter 2 Patch 2.2 This patch contains more than 60 additional features, fixes and improvements.
General Fixed Tyler throws not working. Fixed unlock icon for Tyler when you unlock him. Fixed issue with enemy gang status not resetting on creating a new game. Fixed issues with some shards rendering wrong and causing performance issues. Car - Rear Bumper corrected hold angle. Car - Rear Bumper Mini corrected hold angle. Closing cut scenes not showing through story. Improved pathfinding around dynamic objects blocking enemies. Fixed issue with thrown enemies sometimes performing an animation and floating off. Fixed issue with enemies not getting stunned correctly if they were currently performing an interaction (such as taking out or picking up a weapon) Increased speed of attacking switching (When you do a back attack in the middle of a combo, and then switch back to a front attack) this is now much much faster, it might be a little overpowered but, it feels much more responsive. House Windows glowing in some scenes and missing colliders. Mina hurt sounds incorrect Fixed issue with Jumping when downed facing the wrong way Prioritize grabbing enemies if standing on an item during a combo, please note this only applies if the next move is a link throw. Fixed issues with doors hiding wrong on the houses. Fixed issue with windows not smashing on the houses. Fixed deck small upright between rails breaking incorrectly and held wrong Fixed wooden door breaking, smaller pieces held wrong. Characters would react to themselves performing actions sometimes causes them to focus on themselves which resulted in them rapidly turning left and right. Fixed issue with severed limbs rendering in the wrong location. Fixed issue with severed limbs not severing in place (sometimes they would jump from the enemies falling position to a new spot). Fixed path finding issue where enemies would sometimes run to stage start after knocking down their opponent. Fixed path finding issue when enemies would get stuck inside something (walls or other solid objects) OpenGL Render Issues Fixed bug with Characters not rendering on some older devices. Fixed blood and other particles not rendering on some older devices. Fixed blurry textures on some older devices. All graphics devices Fixed some textures blurry at angles. Experience a classic arcade style beat ‘em up, brought into the 21st century. Knock enemies into the background, or foreground. Protect innocent civilians, enter background shops and buildings and interact with the environment. Use an array of weapons and scenery to stop the city gangs.

We Could Be Heroes is a brutally graphic arcade style beat ‘em up and vast amounts of destruction.

Story

Simon lives in Ultra City, the first privately owned city sold off by the government to benefit it’s citizens. The whole city has become one long crime scene with the elderly being robbed in broad daylight and drug dealers selling ‘Rev up’ on every corner. Enough is enough, if the police won’t stop the criminals, someone has to, someone has to be a hero.

Main Characters

Simon works in the mailroom of a large corporation, in his spare time Simon studies Jeet Kune Do.

Mina has a 4th degree black belt in ITF Taekwondo and works as a full-time nurse.

Byron a hulk of a man who works as a labourer at a building site. He has trained in BJJ, Shuai Jiao and Sambo wrestling.

Penelope works as a waitress at Ultrabucks Coffee, she has studied Karate from the age of 5 and has recently started learning Wing Chun.

Each character has a unique feel and move set for the player to master.
