FIXES: * AI avoidance fixed * Bay City Loosing track of laps * Bay City lighting/GFX * Cars occasionally clipping hills and crashing * Excessive obsticals removed (Beast) * Missing planes re-instated (Beast) * Cars turning off on starts * Events being triggered in the wrong order occasionally * Materiel on barriers changed so does not go black in retro mode * Broken renderer fixed Desert Strike and obstruction on turn 1 removed
