Hi everyone! Update v1.03 is here!

Office Rivals was released as a complete visual novel, but this update brings extra CGs, scenes and some fixes! If you\'ve already played, you are not missing out from any experience, as the story remains the same.

First thing first, this update might cause any saved games in Chapter 5 to be invalid. The simple solution is to REPLAY from the beginning of Chapter 5 (you can click on SKIP to make the process go faster) until the end, regardless of your choices. This will get everything in order. After doing this, you can simply go to the Gallery to check out the new updated scenes.

I\'m happy to announce that Office Rivals had passed the eligibility to have Community Items, so this VN now has trading cards, wallpapers, badges and emoticons! Yay!

It\'s been approximately 4 months since release, thank you very much to those who have played, left a review, and expressed interest in my future works.

So what have I been up to and what can you expect in the future? After the release of Office Rivals had settled down, I decided to take a much needed break. Office Rivals took 2 years to develop, and it was quite an upgrade from my first VN (Office Rivals is my 2nd VN but the 1st to go on Steam).

What\'s Next?

Right now I\'m working on my next VN! In fact, during my 3-month break in June, July, and August, I was actually doing a lot of improvement work and experimentations, and learning new things, and making my art better!

The Heart City Stories is an anthology in a shared universe, with various recurring characters.

I will announce more details soon. In my next blogpost, I will also talk a little bit about the game\'s universe, love interests, and other characters and stories so you can have a picture on what to expect in the future! In the meantime, feel free to drop a review which is much needed for a small dev like myself, and to help Steam algorithm as well.

Last month, Office Rivals participated in the Steam Next Fest as well as Visual Novel Fest. I hope you tried the demo, and if you have, I hope you had an enjoyable experience! Please take note that the demo does not reflect the final version. The final version is a lot longer (90k to 100k words), and the art quality in the demo will be improved in the release version.

Office Rivals is a story-first visual novel, with focus on conversations, friendships, and everyday emotions. But you can also expect steamy scenes as well! Every Chapter has at least one H-scene, and every scene has several animations.

Office Rivals will be released around late May. I'll announce the exact date soon. Please look forward to it!

It's me, the developer of Office Rivals here! Thank you for your interest! This visual novel has been in development for quite some time now, which is almost 2 years.

As you can see, it is very faithful to its inspirations, which are slice-of-life doujinshi and webtoons centered around the office life. If you enjoyed works such as "Dusty Miller" by Hiroya, "I Knocked Up the Lady from My Office" by Special G, "More Than A Sex Friend, Less Than A Fiance" by Saru no Koshikake, or "Muramatasan's Secret" by Igumox, and many other OL-themed doujinshi, then you're going to enjoy Office Rivals as well.

Currently, I'm working on completing the 4th chapter of this visual novel, which is almost completed at this point. Next, I'll move on to the 5th chapter, and then Office Rivals will be ready for release.

Oh, and Office Rivals will be a part of the Steam Next Fest and the Visual Novel Fest! There will be a demo available for you to try. Do note that it's still work in progress!
