Update 1.0.8 - Skippable Dialogs

Added a way to skip dialog so that players who are speedrunning or replay levels for badges don't need to sit through mandatory conversations. Use for keyboard and for Controller to skip the current dialog immediately.
Made the credits scene more beautiful with some animations (if you have seen the credits before, you can replay them by beating the finale again using the 'Continue' option instead of 'Stage Select')
Jumping on bats in the finale will now always propel the player highly whether they hold the jump button or not. This should support players who are not aware that holding jump while jumping on monsters will cause them to jump higher.
Fixed some broken backgrounds in the finale
Added another mention in the credits
