Update 1.0.9 - More Dialog Improvements

New option: "Fast Textboxes". Setting this option to ON will cause dialog text to appear instantaneously.
Even without "Fast Textboxes" activated, text will now appear slightly faster.
Vsync being turned on is now the default option.
Added a small tutorial box for balloon riding which telegraphs that pressing up/down will cause the player to accelerate and decelerate.
Defeated enemies will now drop from the screen faster.
