Hero Siege 2.0 Beta patch is now out for everyone to test!

If you decide to take part in the open beta please read the things below: - Do not use your own account as it will most likely get item resets etc during the beta - Do not cheat in the beta, our anti-cheat is turned on in it too. - Report any problems, bugs, exploits to the forum beta channel or in discord's beta channel - Some areas are not finished, or look weird since we have not yet done them. ACT 1-4 are mostly ok to play. - Use the passcode: HEROSIEGEBETA666 to unlock the beta from your game's properties in steam library.

PATCH NOTES for the beta:

MAJOR - Wave system is now removed from the main game, we have made a new randomly generating world for the game that focuses more on exploring and smashing packs of enemies to pieces. - Runes added to the game. You can now obtain various runes that come out as 1-5 star runes. These runes can be equipped and upgraded with rubies, the more stars the more stats per level. 5 Runes can be equipped at once. (found in the talent screen tab) - Most enemy sprites are re-made, and now have attack animations. - All minibosses in the game have been re-worked to match a more interesting boss fight. - Exp gains, item level scaling etc has been optimized. - There is now an online matchmaking system that matches players together according to your settings. - Private servers will be working as before in another tab. - Massive improvements in multiplayer engine and overall performance. - Player attribute stats now scale to their full potential 1-150. Forexample you only gain a small amount of damage from strength at level 1 but a ton more when you hit 150. - Solo leaderboards are now class based, per class GENERAL - You can no longer use spells while frozen or stunned FIXES - Fixed a crash in Wormhole Abomination boss. - Fixed a bug with client armor. - Fixed high item levels displaying incorrectly. - Fixed item level on dropped items. - The game can now be paused when playing online multiplayer alone. - Dodge is now tied to chest piece, no longer scales with armor. (now also works vs spells etc) - Manacosts are now compressed to K, M, B etc - Fixed talents sometimes not activating CLASSES - Pyromancer Meteor chance is now fixed to 20% - Pyromancer Blaze chance is now fixed to 15% - Fixed Samurai's Dodge for clients. - Fixed White Mage Angelic Zone synergy in multiplayer. - Samurai Improved technically and spells made more dynamic. - Fixed Pyromancer spawning less Hydras as a client. - Fixed White Mage in local coop. - Fixed Pirates Rapidfire in online multiplayer. - Fixed Shamans Earth Totem strength synergy text. - Fixed Shamans Lava Spill damage. - Viking's Zeal now increases damage by 1% per level and is 20% static chance. - Samurai's Zen Tornado damage scaling doubled
