LYNE v1.5.0 - Tenth anniversary update
The controller support Ive added works a lot better than I expected and Im very happy with it. Something that might feel awkward is the D-Pad is only enabled for UI navigation and is disabled during puzzle gameplay, the reason for this is the game requires diagonal movement and I didnt want to confuse new players by having both D-Pad and Stick input enabled at the same time. Most standard controllers should work automatically, let me know what you think or if you run into any issues.
I did a huge overhaul of the daily levels and increased the variety of puzzles generated by almost 4x. You will now encounter difficult level sets with fewer overall puzzles, and there are special sets that only appear on weekends. I have decided to reduce the amount of puzzles per day, but the increase in variety I think is worth it. Feel free to change your computer date to try out different days. Let me know what you think.
This will almost certainly be the last update for LYNE. Im very happy with it and Im looking forward to finally getting onto finishing Split Signal. Thanks so much for playing. - Tom
